The following people were convicted in Waupaca County of drinking and driving offenses or operating with a controlled substance.

• Daniel D. Suprise, 41, Waupaca, sentenced to 90 days in jail. license revoked for 24 months, assessed $4,486 in fines and court costs for a fourth offense.

• Ronald L. Dain, 49, Ogdensburg, 110 days in jail with 85 days stayed under Safe Streets Treatment Options Program (SSTOP), revoked for 30 months, assessed $2,546 for a third offense.

• Thomas G. Messier, 56, Weyauwega, 60 days in jail with 53 stayed under SSTOP, revoked 12 months, assessed $1,870 for a second offense.

• Katelyn L. Edwards, 26, Stevens Point, five days in jail, revoked 12 months, assessed $1,421 for a first offense with a juvenile passenger.

• Kyle N. Racine, 39, Stevens Point, five days in jail, revoked 12 months, assessed $1,429 for a first offense with a juvenile passenger.

• Eduardo Fiscal, 22, Nichols, revoked six months, assessed $811.

• Audrey A. Patoka, 63, Weyauwega, revoked seven months, assessed $885.

• Heather A. Soles, 36, New London, revoked nine months, assessed $1,030.

• Jeremiah A. Marks, 23, Manawa, revoked seven months, assessed $885.

• George R. Seater, 49, Weyauwega, revoked seven months, assessed $885.

• Brittany K. Roloff, 29, Hortonville, revoked eight months, assessed $967.
