Three face meth charges
Parents also accused of felony child neglect
Terry L. Searvogel, 31, Waupaca, is charged with delivery of amphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, felony and misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stacy L. Kamke, 28, Rosholt, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of narcotics, felony child neglect, misdemeanor child neglect and possession of paraphernalia.
On Thursday, Aug. 1, Waupaca County deputies Curtis Much and Brittany Mathewson went to a home on Kristen Lane in Waupaca to arrest Searvogel on a warrant.
Searvogel had failed to appear in Winnebago County court where he faces a delivery of amphetamine charge.
When the deputies pulled into the driveway, they were greeted by two boys, ages 10 and 2.
The boys said the deputies could find the adults in the garage.
Searvogel, Kamke and Brian T. Hartman, 37, Rosholt, were seated together.
Deputies reported finding heroin, meth, THC vape capsules and paraphernalia in the garage.
According to the criminal complaint, the deputies also suspected the three adults had been smoking meth with the children nearby.
On Nov. 1, 2018, Searvogel was charged with possession of methamphetamine and released from custody on a $1,000 signature bond.
He has been in custody since Aug. 1 on a $2,500 cash bond.
Kamke was released after posting a $500 cash bond.
Her children have been placed in protective custody with a relative.
Hartman was charged on Aug. 7 with delivery of narcotics, possession of methamphetamine, felony child neglect and misdemeanor child neglect.
The court set a $500 cash bond as a condition of his release.
