Warrant leads to felony charge
Matthew L. Thunder, 32, Weyauwega, is charged with felony possession of narcotics.
Weyauwega Police Officer Justin Malueg executed a search warrant on June 6 at Thunder’s home on Second Street.
According to the criminal complaint, Malueg located two bindles of suspected heroin and several empty, burnt bindles.
Thunder faces up to 3 1/2 years in prison if convicted of possession of narcotics.
He was released from custody on a $2,000 signature bond with the condition that he not possess any illegal drugs.
