Craft beer featured on North Main Street
More than a dozen craft beers will be featured at the 11th annual Oktoberfest slated for Friday, Sept. 6.
Rotary Club of Waupaca sponsors the event to be held under a tent on the 200 block of North Main Street.
The Charlie Justmann Band will perform from 5:30-8 p.m. and Hijynx from 8-10:30 p.m.
Admission at the grate includes beer sampling or one serving of beer or wine, and entry to win a wine chiller.
Cost is $15 at the gate or $12 in advance. Tickets are available from Rotary members, the Waupaca Chamber office, and at Office Outfitters.
In addition to beer and wine, there will be water and food available to purchase.
Net proceeds from the fundraiser help support Rotary projects that benefit youth and students in the area.
