WisDOT plans meeting on State 15

Open house at Hortonville High School

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting about State Highway 15 at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Hortonville High School, 155 Warner St.

The State 15 expansion will create a four-lane divided highway with a bypass around the village of Hortonville to the north.

The project will run from U.S. 45 in f New London to Lilly of the Valley Drive in the town of Greenville.

The meeting will provide an update on project design details and discuss the new schedule as it relates to utility work, real estate and construction.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting to review project displays, ask questions, and provide comment.

WisDOT and project staff will also be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.

In June 2019, Gov. Tony Evers directed WisDOT to resume design of the project and begin construction in September 2021.

The project is expected to finish at the end of 2024.

Those who are unable to attend the meeting, or would like more information, contact WisDOT Project Manager Bill Bertrand at 920-360-3124. Written comments regarding the project can be mailed to Bill Bertrand, WisDOT Northeast Region, 944 Vanderperren Way, Green Bay, WI 54304 or email to [email protected].
