Loretta Wilkening, was born in Waupaca on September 1, 1935 and died at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King on October 3, 2019 at the age of 84.
Loretta worked 40 years side by side with her husband Wallace on their income tax and real estate business. She loved her family and friends fiercely. She spent her last years of life as a resident of the Veterans Home at King.
She is preceded in death by her husband Wallace Wilkening and son Charles Lipke.
Survived by son Patrick Wilkening (Debbie), daughter Dawn Biba (Greg), and sister Jean Wilson, along with four grandchildren; Aaron (Nova), Jeanni (Jarrod), Adam and Kaylee and five great-grandchildren; Maxwell, Evelyn, Sehla, Samson, and Janice.
A celebration of Loretta’s life will be held at her daughter’s home on Saturday, November 30th at 1:00 pm. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
