The Bay Conference is sending four teams to the WIAA football playoffs.

That list includes the New London Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs wrapped up the regular season Oct. 18 by shutting out Seymour 21-0. New London had already qualified for the postseason and the Thunder needed a win to get in.

Brady Rodgers scored all three of the Bulldogs’ touchdowns. He opened the scoring with a 6-yard run in the first quarter and added a 15-yard reception in the third quarter and a 49-yarder in the fourth quarter.

Tucker Kohl completed 16 of 18 passes for 193 yards. Rodger caught six passes for a game-high 113 yards. Seymour’s Joseph Coonen led all rushers with 65 yards.

The Bulldogs received a No. 3 seed in Division 3 for the playoffs and will host sixth-seeded Fox Valley Lutheran at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25. Both teams are 7-2.
