Two charged with ID theft

Suspects accused of stealing nearly $5,500

Anthony L. Luckow, 35, and Jacqline D. Swenson, 29, both of Clintonville, were charged with felony identity fraud, two counts of fraud against a financial institution and credit card theft.

According to the Oct. 22 criminal complaint, Luckow and Swenson allegedly stole two credit cards, obtained the owner’s pin numbers and used them to take cash from ATMs.

They allegedly used the cards a total of 27 times, withdrawing an average of $200 each time, between June 8 and June 20.

Luckow is currently in custody on a $10,000 cash bond.

Swenson is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 16.

On June 26, Swenson was charged with armed burglary, felony theft, taking a vehicle without consent, identity fraud, credit card fraud and credit card theft.

She was released from custody on July 17 after posting a $5,000 cash bond.
