Waupaca event features fire performance

Halloween may have been a little chilly for kids this year, but they had a chance to warm up the following day at the Waupaca Parks and Recreation Center’s annual Halloween party.
Appleton-based Fox Valley Arts wrapped up this year’s party Nov. 1 with a performance at the Waupaca Recreation Center.
The party also included games, apple tasting, face painting, crafts, soap carving and a photo booth.
