Police find narcotics in car

Driver also charged with OWI

Bo R. Huss, 23, Oshkosh, is charged with possession of narcotics and a third drunken driving offense.

At 11:35 p.m. April 27, Waupaca Police Officer Mario Graceffa was westbound on U.S. Highway 10 when he saw a black Volkswagen weaving back and forth within his lane of traffic.

After the vehicle exited at West Fulton Street, Graceffa conducted a traffic stop.

According to the criminal complaint, Huss had sluggish speech, pinpoint pupils and had difficulty bringing his cigarette to his mouth.

Police found two open cans of beer on the floor next to a case of beer.

A lab report indicated that Huss’s blood-alcohol level was 0.194.
