James “Jim” Malone of Waupaca, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at home.
He was born in Janesville, WI on March 9, 1947 to the late Harry and Leona (Beilke) Malone. Jim was a truck driver, first as an independent driver and then working for Faulks Brothers, Plainfield Trucking, Trailet and other trucking companies. He enjoyed golfing, spending time with his great-grandson, Bentley and his coffee klatch at the Truck Stop.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Robin; children, Mark and Jessica Malone; grandchildren: Victoria, Nathaniel, Keegan, Jordan and Jet; favorite great-grandchild, Bentley; sisters: Margaret “Peggy” (Robert) Wasrud, Dorothy “Sue” Moede, Barb Malone, Ellie (Melvin) Kazik; in-laws: Rodger Lind, Terry (Julie) Lind, Linda (Rob) Lind, Katherine “Kitty” Lind; grand-dog, Sophie, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Harry and Robert Malone and sister, Mary Malone-Tepiew, father and mother-in-law, Robert and Wilma Lind, and brother-in-law, Larry Lind.
Friends and family may gather on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca.
