Delfosse is currently in custody on a $2,000 cash bond.

• Lawrence C. Laven, 60, is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in custody on a probation hold for a Dodge County felony OWI causing injury conviction.

Shortly before 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, Waupaca County narcotics officers conducted a knock-and-announce search warrant at a home on the 300 block of North Division Street in Waupaca.

According to the criminal complaint, deputies found two suboxone sublingual film strips in Delfosse’s wallet.

Officers also reported finding two grams of marijuana, smoking devices, rolling papers and a bent spoon in Delfosse’s bedroom.

In July 2018, Delfosse was charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, felony marijuana possession, illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He had been released from custody on a $2,000 signature bond, and the case is scheduled for an April 10 jury trial.

Officers found used syringes in Schuelke’s bedroom.

She reportedly told investigators she had been shooting meth for about three months and that Delfosse had been supplying her with the meth.

Samolyk, who owns the house on Division Street, told officers five adults were living there and one more had asked to move in.
