Man facing seventh OWI found in bar
Kent R. Hessing III, 44, Clintonville, was charged in Waupaca County with felony bail jumping.
He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
On Dec. 3, 2018, Hessing was charged in Clark County with a seventh OWI.
He was released from custody after posting a $3,000 cash bond with the conditions that he not consume alcohol or go into bars or liquor stores.
On Jan. 13, police found Hessing in a Clintonville sports bar.
He was released from Waupaca County custody on a $2,000 signature bond with the condition that he maintain absolute sobriety and stay out of bars.
Hessing is scheduled to appear in Waupaca County Circuit Court for an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 4.
He is scheduled to appear in Clark County Circuit Court for an evidentiary hearing on Feb. 17.
