Three charged with break-in

Police say suspect pawned her mother’s silver

Charged with burglary and theft are Danny S. Wedde, 35, Shannon L. Perkins, 33, both of Clintonville, and Damien R. Fette, 23, New London.

On Monday, Jan. 13, Waupaca County Deputy Dan Lewinski spoke to a woman who was leasing a storage unit in rural Bear Creek.
The woman reported someone broke into her unit and stole several silver bars.

She said she suspected her daughter, Shannon Perkins, and Wedde were involved.

According to the criminal complaint, Wedde, Perkins and Fette allegedly sold the silver at a pawn shop in Shawano.

Fette is currently in Waupaca County jail.

Outagamie County issued a warrant for Fette’s arrest on Jan. 22 for charges involving two November 2019 burglaries.

Wedde and Perkins were released from custody on $2,000 signature bonds.

On Nov. 7, 2019, Perkins was charged with possession of methamphetamine and later released on a $2,000 signature bond.
