New London’s wrestling team wrapped up its regular season Feb. 6 with a 51-18 Bay Conference win over Menasha on Senior Night.

The Bulldogs scored the meet’s first 27 points on a decision, three pins and a forfeit.

Austin Schmallenberg’ handed Cadyn Street a 17-10 loss at 126 pounds, Lucas Gerrits pinned Jackson Restoule in 1:36 (132), Mason Kloehn pinned Logan Derouin in 5:18 (138), Damien Stilen pinned Grant Restoule in 2:51 (145) and Logan Heimbruch received a forfeit at 145.

Riley Olski’s pin of Ian Standerfer in 51 seconds at 160 put the Bluejays on the board, but New London added to its lead with a pin, a decision and two forfeits to go up 48-6.

The Bluejays forfeited matches to Jerrick Pues (170) and De Evian Ross (195); Jeff Eplett defeated Kaeden Grawvunder 11-9 (182); and Keaten Pues pinned Cason Quick in 5:39 (220).

New London’s Nick Duch won the final contested match with an 11-8 decision over Brianna Derouin at 106. The Bulldogs also forfeited matches to Cullen Quick (285) and Patrick Gugala-Reinders (113) before the meet ended with a double forfeit at 120.
