Road conditions possible factor
Snowy road conditions are believed to be a factor in a weekend traffic accident that claimed the life of a 32-year-old New London area woman.
According to the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department, the two-vehicle accident happened at about 8:15 a.m. Feb. 9, on County Trunk S near Allcan Road in the town of Liberty.
The woman was transported to an area hospital, where she died.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 38-year-old Appleton woman, was also injured.
Authorities believe road conditions contributed to the crash, which remains under investigation.
