Officers seize meth, LSD and pot

Tori M. Clark, 26, Weyauwega, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

On Sunday, Feb. 2, Sgt. Brandon Leschke and Officer Justin Malueg, with the Weyauwega police, and Waupaca County deputies Nate Nelson and Kyle Wiskirchen went to Clark’s second-floor apartment in the 200 block of West Main Street in Weyauwega.

Under Wisconsin Act 79, officers are not required to obtain a warrant to search a convicted person who is on probation or extended supervision.

According to the criminal complaint, Malueg smelled a “strong, overwhelming odor of raw marijuana” when the door was opened.

Officers subsequently seized 65 grams of marijuana, 1.8 grams of meth and 0.4 grams of LSD.

She is currently in custody on a Department of Corrections hold.

At the time of her arrest, Clark was on extended supervision.

She had been released one month earlier from prison.

On Nov. 9, 2017, Outagamie County sentenced Clark to 3 1/2 years in prison for possession of heroin and meth.

Clark’s prior convictions include:

• Possession of narcotics of narcotics on July 10, 2015, in Winnebago County.

• Two counts each of possession of narcotics and meth, credit card fraud, retail theft and bail jumping on Aug. 31, 2015, in Waupaca County.

• Possession of meth on April 29, 2016, in Winnebago County.

• Possession of meth on Dec. 9, 2016, in Outagamie County.

• Felony bail jumping on Dec. 19, 2016, in Winnebago County.
