Janet Sue Holbrook, age 77, of New London, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020 following a short illness surrounded by her family.
Janet was born in Topeka, KS on December 14, 1942 to the late Everett and Evelyn (Farver) Reed. She was united in marriage to George Meating in October 2000. Janet grew up in Las Vegas, NV. She enjoyed putting puzzles together, fishing and the companionship of her dogs.
Janet is survived by her husband, George Meating; children, Bill (Ann) Holbrook, Toni (Randi) Cooper and Karen Muniz; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and siblings, Judy and Bev. Janet was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Jimmi and Jeffery Holbrook and grandson, James Swinton.
