Embarrass man charged with sex crime

Police say he sent Snapchat photo to teen

Jacob M. DeCleene, 25, Embarrass, is charged with exposing genitals to a child and felony bail jumping.

On Dec. 29, 2019, two Clintonville police officers met with a 15-year-old boy who said DeCleene was sending Snapchat messages asking him to send a photo of his penis.

According to the criminal complaint, the messages said, “bro come on dude I’m curious to see it … I’ll even throw you a $20 next time I see ya. I’ll delete it right way, promise dog.”

DeCleene eventually sent a photo of his penis to the boy, the complaint says.

While Officer Andrew Kizewski was questioning the boy, DeCleene was allegedly still sending messages to him.

The boy reportedly told DeCleene no several times.

In an exchange of texts, DeCleene reportedly said, “I don’t feel it’s weird.”

The boy replied, “But I do, and it makes me uncomfortable.”

Waupaca County Circuit Court summoned DeCleene to appear in on March 31.

On Sept. 4, 2019, Washington County charged DeCleene with felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies reported finding 2 pounds of marijuana in a broken-down car that he and Steve Friebolin, 32, Clintonville had been in.

DeCleene was released from custody in Washington County after posting a $1,500 cash bond.
