Suspect in custody for other sex crimes
Tyler Ray Kruzan, 23, Waupaca, is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography, one count each of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Nov. 6, 2019, Waupaca police, Waupaca County and Fond du Lac County deputies, state DCI agents and the Waupaca County SWAT team executed a search warrant at Kruzan’s home at 600 Oak St. in Waupaca.
Fond du Lac County had issued the warrant in reference to Kruzan allegedly having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl.
In addition to seizing Kruzan’s cellphone. the officers reported finding 46 grams of marijuana.
In March, digital forensics pulled five images of what appeared to be a teenage girl taking nude selfies, the complaint says.
Kruzan is currently in Fond du Lac County jail where he faces charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, child sexual exploitation, causing a child to view sexual activity and using a computer to facilitate child sex crimes.
