Naked man charged

Suspect blew a .284 blood-alcohol level

Robin A. Jensen, 46, is charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct.

On Sunday, Feb. 23, Waupaca Police Officers Tom Grant and Sam Van Dinter were dispatched to the Waupaca Hotel on East Union Street.

They met with two residents who said Jensen had been naked while in the laundry room.

They said this was the second time he had gone there without clothing.

One of the residents said he told Jensen, “You can’t do that. It’s rude.”

The officers then went to Jensen’s apartment.

According to the criminal complaint, Jensen had no clothes on when he answered the door.

Jensen reportedly told the officers that he was naked because all his clothes were in the laundry.

Grant retrieved a pair of pants for Jensen.

A preliminary breath test indicated that Jensen had a .284 blood-alcohol content, more than three times the legal limit to drive.

Jensen has been charged as a repeat offender due to three prior convictions for disorderly conduct and two for misdemeanor bail jumping.

He currently has two pending cases for illegal open intoxicants and one for littering.
