Suspect on probation for drug-related offenses

Christopher M. Norman, 30, Clintonville, is charged with possession of methamphetmine.

On April 17, Clintonville Police Officer Andrew Kizewski made a traffic stop and reported finding meth and needles inside the vehicle.

An occupant of the vehicle, Brandon Reichert, is currently on probation for felony convictions in Shawano County.

According to criminal complaint, Reichert lives in an apartment at 10 Eighth Place in Clintonville.

Norman lives at the same apartment.

On March 3, Norman was convicted of possession of meth and receiving stolen property. Waupaca County Circuit Court placed him on three years of probation.

Officers Tyler Bartel and Kizewski went to the apartment.

A woman who also lives there answered the door and allowed the officers to enter. Norman was not home.

When asked if there were any illegal drugs in the apartment, the woman took the officers to the bedroom she shares with Norman.

The officers found multiple used syringes in a cabinet, a syringe containing a dark liquid in a dresser drawer, a mirror with white powder residue in a chest and dish with white powder residue.

The liquid and the residue all tested positive for meth.

Norman was taken into custody, where he remains on a probation hold.
