LeRoy “Jake” Jacoby, age 87 of the Town of Matteson, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, April 29, 2020 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Appleton.
Service times have now been set for Jake. There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Monday June 1, 2020 at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville with Rev. Christian Burg officiating. Friends may gather at the church on Monday starting at 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Inurnment and military honors will follow at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Embarrass.
