Coloring contest in Manawa school
Manawa Elementary School held a coloring contest in April to observe Autism Awareness Month.
Students were asked to color and submit their entry by April 20. Winners received a Let’s Taco ‘bout Kindness T-shirt from Jordyn’s Summer Shirt Project.
Jordyn has autism. The shirt project was created with the purpose of teaching her job skills. Jordyn rolls every shirt, adds a wristband and signs a thank you card.
