National Weather Service forecasts rain
The National Weather Service forecasts that remnants of Tropical Storm Cristobal are moving north across the central U.S. towards the western Great Lakes.
The center of the storm will go right through Wisconsin starting Tuesday.
The combination of tropical moisture from the south, and another system approaching from the west, will likely bring a total of 1.5 to 3 inches of rain to the state from Tuesday night through Wednesday night.
In Waupaca County, heavy rains and 15-20 mph winds with gusts up to 40 mph are expected Tuesday night.
