Roger B. Price of Waupaca, age 84, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020.
He was born in Weyauwega on June 18, 1936 to the late Paul and Rose (Witt) Price. On June 2, 1962 he married Diane Kloske; she preceded him in death on December 19, 2011. Roger was a veteran, serving in the Air Force. Roger took great pride in working 34 years for Northern Illinois Gas Company. He was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Waupaca. He was a member of the American Legion. Roger enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Julie Price of Palatine, IL; sister, Alice Brose of Weyauwega; brothers, Gene Price of Denver, CO; Jerry Price of Appleton; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Pauline Hansen and Irene Peterson, and brother, Don Price.
Private family services will be held with burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega. Memorials are appreciated to Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
