Phillip “Neil” Stedman, age 69, of Waupaca, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2020.
He was born in Waupaca on July 7, 1951 to Phillip and Mabel (Thompson) Stedman. Neil enjoyed a variety of outdoor activities including fishing and fly fishing, canoeing, biking and hiking. His favorite pastime was cutting wood or being out and about visiting and talking with people.
He will be dearly missed by his mother, Mabel of Waupaca; siblings: Ruth Tietz of Wild Rose, Dave (Karen) Stedman of Weyauwega, Harold Stedman of Amherst and Phyllis “Byrd” (Michael) Orr of Waupaca; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and former spouse, Sue Stedman of Amherst. Neil was preceded in death by his father, Phillip, and brother-in-law, Clarence Tietz.
A private service will be held and burial will take place in the Sheridan Cemetery.
