Police make arrest at the scene
Officers were dispatched at 10:20 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, to a reported gunshot in Waupaca.
When they arrived at the scene, police found an 18-year-old male lying in the road, with a gunshot wound.
Gold Cross Ambulance Service transported the victim to ThedaCare in Waupaca, where he was pronounced dead.
Another man was taken into custody at the scene.
