Later in her life’s journey she and her sister cared for their aging mother who passed away April 27, 2019. Barbara had a passion for travel and visited over thirty-five countries in her lifetime. She liked to read and play bridge, sudoku and golf but most of all she loved to visit with family and friends. She is survived by her children, Stacy Bremmer Gaines (David) and Brook Bremmer (Elizabeth); four grandchildren: Grayson Gaines, Piper Gaines, Alexandra Bremmer and Harper Bremmer; her sister Mary Johnson Rehfeldt (Richard); and many relatives and friends all of whom she loved deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents Marjorie and Howard Johnson.
