Victoria M. Schultz, age 100, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 surrounded by loved ones at her residence, St. Joseph’s in New London.
Vicki was born on March 24, 1920 in the Township of Maple Creek, daughter of the late Louis and Anna (Suidzinski) Young. She was married to Allen Schultz on October 28, 1944 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bear Creek.
Vicki is survived by her brother, Ivan Young; children, Sheila Besaw, Steven (Virginia) Schultz and Stanley Schultz; grandchildren, Jeff Guderjohn (special friend, Lisa Anderson), Greg (Donna) Guderjohn, Travis (Melissa) Besaw, Tanya (Jason) Guyette, Tabitha (Steve) Meyer, Tina Schultz, Spencer Schultz and Walker Schultz (special friend, Evynyn); 10 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Vicki was preceded in death by her husband, Allen; parents, Louis and Anna (Suidzinski) Young; granddaughter, Connie Dunnihoo; son-in-law, Michael Besaw; great-granddaughter, Alexandra; sisters: Laura (Edward) Scherck, Irene (Earl) Monty, Leona (Glenn) Phillips, Dorothy (Ollie) Lundt, Ruth (Alan) Baldwin, Ruby (Robert) Schneider, Lois (Joseph) Heidemann; brothers: Raymond (Iris) Young, Edward (Myra) Young, William (Violet) Young and Leo Young and sisters-in-law, Theresa Young, Shirley Schertz, Joyce Schertz; brothers-in-law, Bob Schertz, Jim Schertz and Elly Schultz.
The funeral service for Vicki will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London with Fr. John Kleinschmidt officiating. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Weyauwega.
