Lawrence “Larry” A. Stevens, age 89, passed away on April 10, 2021 at King Veteran’s Home.
He was born January 28, 1932 to Bruce and Carol (Mumbrue) Stevens.
He was preceded in death by his wife Elaine. He is survived by his children: Deborah Campshure (Len) of Wild Rose, WI, Barb Stotzheim of Pine River, WI, Alan (Krystal) Stevens of Scandinavia, WI, David (Kristie) Stevens of Las Vegas, NV, Robert Stevens of Hortonville, WI, and a brother Bill Baehr of Kaukauna, WI; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in the Korean War. He had a long career as a plumber and enjoyed spending his retirement years at Long Lake walking, mushroom hunting, fishing, gardening and especially campfires with friends and family.
Military honors will be Friday, April 16, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI to be followed by a celebration of life at Wally’s Still in Dale, WI.
