Attempted abduction Sunday
Incident reported near Clintonville
The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office reported a second attempted abduction over the weekend.
At approximately 5 p.m. Sunday, April 18, a man ordered a 27-year-old woman and her 1-year-old son to get into his vehicle.
At the time, they were walking down Island Road in the town of Larrabee, near Clintonville.
The woman refused to get into the vehicle, returned home and contacted the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 60-70 years old, with white shaggy hair.
The vehicle is described as a light green Subaru hatchback.
Law enforcement does not currently believe this incident is related to the attempted abduction took place on Friday, April 16, in the Waupaca area.
