Mosquito Hill plans program
A bluebird program is scheduled for Saturday, July 17 at Mosquito Hill Nature Center.
Naturalist Adam Brandt will lead the program, which is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
A brief session will include information about proper installation of nest boxes and what is involved in monitoring boxes throughout the summer.
Brandt will then lead participants along part of the center’s bluebird trail and take a look inside a few boxes to check on the status of young birds and band a few along the way.
The cost is $8 per person or $12 per household. Registration and payment is due Saturday, July 10.
