Jennifer Lynn Lathrop, age 51 of New London, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
Jenny was born on January 31, 1970 in Binghamton, NY to Tom and Gail (Lynch) Jones. She was united in marriage to Drake Lathrop on October 20, 2018. Jenny worked at multiple Kwik Trip stores, most recently as an Assistant Store Leader at both New London locations, and considered her co-workers her extended family. She had a strong love for her family and her pets, Ruger and Charlie. Jenny loved decorating her house for various seasons and holidays, especially Christmas. Jenny was a dedicated mom to her children’s school activities, loved traveling/get-away weekends, enjoyed Harry Potter, watching the Packers, and Packer Parties.
Jenny is survived by her husband, Drake; her mother, Gail Rew; her father, Tom Jones and bonus mom, Mary Beth; children: Brittnie Tripp, MacKenzie (TJ) Sadowski, Rachael Switzer, Hannah (Clay) Zortman, Peyton Rew, Asher Rew, Dylan Lathrop, Kylie Lathrop; grandchildren: Rogue, Remy, Meara, Aurora; and father and mother-in-law, Len and Connie Lathrop. Jenny was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James and Kathryn Jones; maternal grandparents, Edwin and Erma Lynch, and Gpa Gary Rew.
The Memorial Service for Jennifer will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London. Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
