Kunnanz, Rebecca “Becky”

Rebecca “Becky” Kunnanz, age 63 of Bear Creek passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, at her home.

The former Rebecca Ann Jarvais was born on September 24, 1958, at New London Hospital to Roger and Glenda (Thompson) Jarvais. She grew up in the Bear Creek area and graduated from Clintonville High School in 1976. Becky went on to Fox Valley Technical College to earn an associate degree in accounting. She was united in marriage on July 8, 1994, to Peter R. Kunnanz in Clintonville. The couple made their home in the Town of Deer Creek, Outagamie County. Becky worked several different jobs over the years but was employed for some time at Specialized Products in Clintonville, until her health forced her to retire in 2020. Becky is a longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bear Creek. She enjoyed riding on the motorcycle and going fishing with her husband. Becky was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Peter; and four children, Valerie (Gordy) Quaintance of Clintonville, George (Becky) Fields of Weyauwega, Tony (Dawn) Fields of Clintonville, and Jamie (friend J.R. Stumpf) Bernard of Clintonville. There are six grandchildren: Adriana Ziemer, Haley Fields, Lily Fields, Alli Bernard, Roger Fields, and Easton Fields. There are two brothers, Duane (Moni) Jarvais of Rhinelander and Jody (Kristi) Jarvais of Centralia, IL; two sisters-in-law, Tamela Jarvais and Laura (Dan) Anderson; and one brother-in-law, Denny Christian. She is further survived by her father and mother-in-law, George and Judi Kunnanz of Clintonville, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Becky was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Ted Jarvais, and one sister, Cindy Jarvais.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 16th from 11:00 – 2:00 at the Bear Creek Town Hall, E9107 Silver Creek Rd., Bear Creek 54922. Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Clintonville, is assisting the family. Please go to www.beil-didier.com to sign the online guestbook or to send a card.
