All six of the Manawa volleyball team’s Central Wisconsin Conference-North wins this season have come on a three-game sweep.

The Wolves wrapped up CWC-North play Oct. 12 by taking all three sets from Northland Lutheran at Little Wolf High School.

Manawa opened with a pair of 25-20 wins and wrapped up the match with a 25-13 win in the third set.

Although the Wolves finished the season with a 6-1 record in the CWC-North, Gresham wrapped up the division championship Oct. 12 with a 3-0 win over White Lake. The Wildcats earlier handed Manawa its only CWC-North loss.

The Wolves will open WIAA tournament play at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at Shiocton. Manawa received a No. 9 seed in its Division 3 bracket, while the Chiefs are a No. 8 seed.

The winner of that match will head to Oconto Thursday, Oct. 21, to take on the top-seeded and state-ranked Blue Devils.
