Richard E. Ziebell, age 68 of Waupaca, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Richard was born on August 27, 1953, the son of Phillip and Violet (Schultz) Ziebell.
Richard is survived by his brother Thomas Ziebell of Waupaca, WI; his niece Jennifer Rohde and his nephew Sam Ziebell, other relatives and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Violet Ziebell and an infant brother David.
