On Soulmates
Dear Reader,
Recently someone asked me if a person can have more than one soulmate. In thinking about it, I tend to lean towards yes. For example, if you didn’t end up with your current lifemate, you probably would have found a choice of one or two others who could have been different flavors of a soulmate—meaning perfectly suited for you just with a different tweak or two.
But then again, I have witnessed the unique soulmates married to each of our three daughters and I have to believe there is no other version available beyond what they have chosen. These appear to be exclusive lifelong bonds that are deeply connected to one another without any possibility of substitutes.
Having a soulmate to reflect and share in the wonders of life is one of the greatest gifts we can have as we navigate through the lands, waters and sky.
