The city of Clintonville will pay $1,500 for an assessment on the building that houses Clintonville Utilities.

The Clintonville Common Council approved the assessment when it met Sept. 13.

Keller Structures will conduct the assessment.

“It’s really to take a good look at what we would need to do to upgrade that facility for ADA and some of the other things that are required,” said Ald. Jim Supanich at the Sept. 12 Clintonville Finance Committee meeting.

The Finance Committee recommended approval of the assessment.

This will be the third city building that council has approved for an assessment by Keller Structures.

In May, council approved building assessments be completed for the Armory building and the building that houses Clintonville City Hall and the Clintonville Fire Department. Each of those studies were also for $1,500 each.
