Waupaca County sheriff’s report Oct. 3

• Sept. 27 – The Shawano County Sheriff’s Office reported a death on the E7000 block of Swamp Road in Dupont.

• Sept. 27 – Sunset BP in Weyauwega reported a gas drive-off valued at $48. The vehicle was a brown van.

• Sept. 27 – The Waupaca County Highway Department reported drivers were not slowing down on U.S. Highway 10 while they were pouring concrete.

• Sept. 27 – A Waupaca caller on Hickory Road reported he locked a storage unit because the tenant did not pay rent. The tenant cut the lock and was removing his items.

• Sept. 28 – Clintonville police passed along a voicemail brought to them by a woman with the sound of her being beaten by a man.

• Sept. 28 – The Weyauwega BP reported a gas drive off valued at $28.

• Sept. 28 – A Clintonville caller on First Street reported his neighbor was on his property and threatening and accusing him of selling and using drugs.

• Sept. 28 – A Marion caller on Garfield Avenue reported that she heard from her children that a girl was “jumped” in the woods.

• Sept. 28 – A Waupaca caller on Holmnlane Road reported farm trucks were running the stop sign at the intersection. Four trucks just did it and an officer was welcome to sit in his driveway.

• Sept. 29 – A Waupaca caller on Waupaca Street reported someone had been in her house. The stove was filthy and there was stuff on the walls.

• Sept. 29 – A Waupaca caller on Shadow Road reported he has video of his neighbor going into the ditch and almost hitting his mailbox. He said they drive terrible all the time.

• Sept. 29 – Spiegelberg Implement in Weyauwega reported they have a piece of Bobcat equipment that came up stolen on the computer.

• Sept. 29 – Sandbur Corners in Ogdensburg reported a gas drive-off. The driver parked along the side of the store, paid for other items in the store except the gas and left in a silver Camaro.

• Sept. 29 – A Fremont caller on Pine Valley Lane reported his fishing raft was broken into. The locks were cut and fishing tackle and power tools were taken.

• Sept. 29 – An anonymous caller reported the neglect of two Saint Bernards in cages with feces all over. Their hair was matted. They had food and water.

• Sept. 29 – A New London man on Laura Street requested officer assistance in retrieving a truck from a property. The truck owner did not pay for the shop bill. The caller had the truck title in his name.

• Sept. 29 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile assaulted a staff member.

• Sept. 29 – An anonymous caller reported seeing a dead calf lying in a field.

• Sept. 30 – A New London caller on School Street reported a man trespassing in her driveway. The man was arrested the day before.

• Sept. 30 – A New London caller on State Highway 54 reported a man in a blue Chevy Cruze slumped over in the passenger seat.

• Sept. 30 – A Weyauwega woman on Main Street reported that some sisters were drunk and fighting.

• Sept. 30 – A Waupaca man on Marion Lane reported his ex-wife called him and it seemed like she and her boyfriend were fighting.

• Oct. 1 – A female caller reported that tires were stolen off a golf cart.

• Oct. 1 – A Clintonville caller on Brandy Creek Road reported that while he was mowing the lawn, a vehicle drove into his yard and took off.

• Oct. 1 – Huckleberry Acres Campground in New London reported a woman was out of control and would not leave.

• Oct. 1 – A Manawa caller on Grove Street reported a man was out of control and screaming and hitting others.

• Oct. 1 – A Hortonville woman on School Road reported an intoxicated man falling over and sitting in the street.

• Oct. 2 – A Fremont caller reported his soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend was intoxicated, would not let him leave Jellystone Campground and was sitting in front of the car.

• Oct. 2 – A caller reported that she woke up in a truck and had no idea how she got there. Nobody else was in the truck.

• Oct. 2 – An anonymous caller reported the death of a 45-year-old man. He was foaming at the mouth and had passed out.

• Oct. 2 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile resident ran away into the marsh.

• Oct. 2 – A Manawa woman on Grove Street reported her boyfriend’s 29-year-old son was going berserk. He threatened her and showed his penis to her. She did not think he was on drugs or alcohol.

• Oct. 2 – A Waupaca caller on Crystal Road reported that when he got home from camping, an ex-coworker pulled up and started going through his camper and threatened to beat him up. He left in a blue car.

• Oct. 2 – An anonymous caller reported the sound of gunfire south of Shadow Lake.

• Oct. 2 – ThedaCare requested a welfare check on a 37-year-old man who took some pain medication, said he was afraid and “didn’t want to go on.”

• Oct. 2 – An Iola caller on County Trunk J reported a woman talking to imaginary people in the basement.

• Oct. 3 – A Waupaca woman on High Point Ridge reported her husband was agitated and put a weapon in their car.

• Oct. 3 – A New London caller on Broadway Street reported her neighbor threatened to poison her dog.

• Oct. 3 – The Wisconsin Veterans Home reported their count for fentanyl patches was off and wanted to speak with an officer.

• Oct. 3 – A Waupaca woman on Dayton Road stopped at the sheriff’s office. She said her children took her phone to her ex-husband’s house. Her ex and his new girlfriend went through her phone. She wanted to charge them with invasion of privacy.

• Oct. 3 – S & S Excavating of Manawa reported a man left a threatening voicemail on their company phone.

• Oct. 3 – A Big Falls caller reported a man with a restraining order against him drove by the school today and in the past has been parked somewhere as if he was waiting for her. He has done drive-bys in the past.

• Oct. 3 – An Iola caller on King Olavs Lane reported a man and a woman yelling and screaming.

• Oct. 3- A Manawa caller on Meadow Lane reported her adult son was in the basement acting weird, hyper, manic and slapping himself. She believed he was on “uppers.” She wants him out of the house.

• Oct. 3 – The Econolodge in Waupaca reported a man in a room yelling and punching the wall.

• During this period, there were many deer-auto collisions and controlled burns. A man reported a pit bull on his trail camera, a Shih Tzu was reported running in traffic, one dog bite was reported, and loose cows were reported near White Lake, Lind Center and Iola.
