Sandra K. Masaros, age 71, of Fremont, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 13, 2022 following a motor vehicle accident that happened on October 22, 2022.
She was born on May 4, 1951 in Waupaca, WI, the daughter of the late Donald and Joyce (Barton) Strey. In 1969, Sandy graduated from Wild Rose High School and on August 8, 1970 she married Stanley Masaros in Auroraville. He preceded her in death on October 7, 2021. She worked in customer service for Fleet Farm for over 40 years before retiring.
Sandy enjoyed gambling and going to the casino. She loved baking and going to rummage sales. Her greatest joy was found in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sandy is survived by her daughter, Shawn Masaros; two sons, Tad (Tina) Masaros and Shad (Chey) Masaros; nine grandchildren, Chasity (Andy) Kettlewell, Jordan(Emily)Tolsma, Cannon(Carly)Hermanson, Rylie Hermanson, Meadow Masaros, Willow Masaros, Gunner Masaros, Adrena Masaros and Ryke Masaros; five great-grandchildren, Autumn, Addalyn, Owen, Wyatt and Max; two brothers, Jeff (Debbie) Strey and Mike (Peggy) Strey; a sister-in-law, Holly (Dan) Bodway; a brother-in-law, Steve (Debbie) Masaros; close friend, Kathy Behm; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
