Anna Elizabeth Roberts, age 17 of New London, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee with her loving family by her side.
Anna was born on September 14, 2005 in New London to Jeremy and Jackie (Kosmerchock) Roberts. She loved life! Anna always loved learning. She was a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society. Anna enjoyed dancing and was a 15 year student at Studio M. She also loved camping, Door County, spending time in nature and with her pets. Anna adored her brother, Nicholas.
Anna is survived by her parents, Jeremy and Jackie; her brother, Nicholas; maternal grandparents, Joe and Helen Kosmerchock; paternal grandparents, Betty Roberts and Mark Roberts (special friend, Jackie Bergquist) and maternal great-grandmother, Marie Kons. She is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The Celebration of Life will be on Friday, December 30th, at Homestead Meadows, Appleton, WI. Please join us at this visitation-style event any time from 3:00 – 6:30 PM to share your memories and stories of Anna.
A very special thank you to her team at Children’s Wisconsin: Dr. Browning, NP Kristin, Nurses Renee, Kelly, Rebecca, Lulu, Emily, the PICU nurses, Dr. Firat & his team at Froedtert and many, many other staff we had the pleasure of working with over the last 7 1/2 years – you always put Anna first! Additional thanks goes to her team at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, including Doctors Kushner, Modak, and Basu.
Anna had hoped to leave her imprints on a few spots in Door County as well as provide some donations to a couple of causes close to her heart; any donations would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
