‘Be at the table, or on the menu’

Anderson

Major Gen. Marcia Anderson (Ret.) will present “Be at the Table, or On the Menu” at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 6, at the Waupaca Area Public Library lower-level meeting rooms.

Hosted by Winchester Academy, the program is free and open to the public.

Anderson served 36 years in the U.S. Army on active and Reserve duty.

She will share some of the experiences that helped form her leadership style, as well as provide insight on the military decision-making process, and how the Army Values inform the culture of one of the most successful militaries in modern history.

In addition, Anderson will share her experience with addressing diversity in the Army and the ongoing efforts to reduce and eliminate sexual harassment, and encourage the next generation to consider military service.

Pat Hollenbeck sponsored this program in memory of her mother, Florence Miller Seims.

For more information or to receive email notification of future programs, contact Executive Director Ann Linden at 715-258-2927 or [email protected] General information is available at http://winchesterwaupaca.org.
