Kermit H. Peterson, 102, of King, Wisconsin formerly of Scandinavia passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
He was born on July 9, 1920 in Scandinavia to Frank Peterson and Maddie Christenson.
Kermit married Marjorie Rowe on May, 1946 at the Scandinavia Lutheran Church. She preceded him in death on May 12, 2011. Kermit served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a Real Estate appraiser in the Rhinelander area for over 25 years.
He is survived by:
Son: Todd Peterson Lake In The Hills, Illinois,
Grandson: Kirk Daniel Peterson.
Nephews: Lowell (Mary) Peterson and Gordon (Sharon) Peterson.
He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A Graveside Service along with Military Rites will be held at the Scandinavia Lutheran Cemetery on Wednesday, April 26th at 2:30 PM. Voie Funeral Home of Iola is assisting the family with arrangements.
