Ann Regina Behnke, age 62, of New London, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at ThedaCare Appleton.

Ann was born on November 7, 1960 the daughter of the late David and Regina (Crain) Bricco. On August 27, 1983 she married Gerald Behnke at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Ann graduated with the class of 1979 from New London High School. She worked in the banking industry for many years- First State Bank for 25 years and Community First for 8 years. Ann continued her career at Clean Water Testing in Appleton. She was a faithful, lifetime member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Ann adored her dogs and enjoyed reading. One of her favorite pastimes was spending time at the cabin on the water, kayaking and taking pontoon rides and enjoying an occasional “old fashioned” with family and friends by the campfire.

Ann is survived by her husband, Jerry; children, Brent Behnke and Thomas (Amy) Behnke; granddaughter, Brinley Ann; mother-in-law, Jane Behnke; siblings, Sue (Roger) Steingraber, Jim (Colleen) Bricco and Renee (Paul) Thompson; nieces and nephews, Lily Thompson, Hazel (Brad) Morgen, Maggie (Sean) Pharr, Matthew Steingraber, Mollie (Trevor) Hass, Megan (Brad) Fielding, Michael (Heidi) Kurtzweil and Caitlin (Nick) Koch, Justin Behnke, Tyler Behnke, Jaceena (Zack) Weaver, Jared (Irma) Henschel, Melissa (Scott) Eilbes, Rebecca (Daniel) Elsinger and Kevin (Jennifer) Behnke; brother-in-law, David (Patty) Behnke; sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Rich) Behnke and Karen Behnke. She is further survived by cousins, great nieces and nephews and many friends.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Reuben Behnke and brothers-in-law, Kurtis and Willis Behnke.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Ann will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, New London with Fr. John Kleischmidt officiating. The visitation will take place on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London and again from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass on Saturday at the church. Burial will be at Most Precious Blood Cemetery, New London.
