Boys and Girls WBCA All-State teams selected

Several local boys and girls basketball players were selected for the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-State and Honorable Mention

Division 1

Honorable Mention

Riley Mueller Sr. Hortonville

Division 2

Honorable Mention

Joseph Daly Jr. New London

Daly led the Bay conference in scoring (22.0) and rebounding (12.6), as he was named conference Co-Player of the Year.

Division 5

WBCA All-State

Ayden Phillips Sr. Almond-Bancroft
Phillips led the Central Wisconsin Conference-South in scoring, with 25.1 points and was one of the state-leading rebounders with 14.3.

Camden Schurk Sr. Pacelli

Girls Selections

Division 1

WBCA All-State

Rainey Welson Sr. Hortonville

Welson led the Fox Valley Association in scoring with 26.4 points per game and assists with four per contest.

Honorable Mention

Kardyn Peppler, Soph. Hortonville

Peppler was second to Welson in scoring (14.9), rebounding (4.6) and assists (2.6).  

Jada Seubert, Soph. Stevens Point

Seubert led the Wisconsin Valley Conference in scoring (21.4) and assists (4.8).

Division 5

WBCA All-State

Jaedyn Zdroik, Soph. Pacelli

Zdroik led Pacelli with 14.4 points per game, nine rebounds and led the state with 8.1 assists.

Honorable Mention

Mya Dernbach Jr. Almond-Bancroft

Dernbach was second in the Central Wisconsin-South in scoring (21.0) and contributed 3.6 steals per game for Almond-Bancroft.
