A semi tractor-trailer pulled down a power line shortly before 11 a.m. Thursday on Royalton Street in Waupaca.
Both lanes of Royalton are closed between Churchill Street and the courthouse due to electrical hazards.
Utility crews are expected to be repairing damage for about an hour.
UPDATE: The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported that the scene was cleared at 12:14 p.m. Thursday.
