• Oct. 25 – A Fremont woman on State Highway 96 requested an ambulance for an 86-year-old man who had a pulse but was not breathing. He was cold to the touch.

• Oct. 25 – A female caller driving through Northport reported her window was down two inches and she believed a person with a slingshot fired a walnut through the window crack and hit her in the head.

• Oct. 25 – A Marion caller on Seyler Street reported a situation where a woman dumped off a bunch of cats at a campground.

• Oct. 25 – A person on behalf of Covantage Credit Union reported they were repossessing a 2015 Ford F150.

• Oct. 25 – A Weyauwega caller on East Street reported a suspicious man dressed in all black stumbling in the roadway.

• Oct. 25 – A New London caller on Stage Road reported someone was stealing her mail and she had only received mail twice this month.

• Oct. 25 – A Johnson Creek man reported he walked into the woods and found his friend not breathing. He tried CPR and was unsuccessful. The man was cold to the touch.

• Oct. 25 – A Waupaca caller on Riverside Drive reported her female neighbor yelled at her to “call the cops.” The neighbor was in the yard yelling at a man.

• Oct. 25 – A 911 caller reported a 38-year-old male got into a fight. He hit his head and would not wake up. He was breathing.

• Oct. 25 –The Portage County Sheriff Dept. reported they were in pursuit of a vehicle that looked like an orange-colored Mazda heading south on County Trunk A going towards State Highway 54. Speeds were over 100 mph.

• Oct. 25 – A Stevens Point woman reported she was punched in the jaw by an intoxicated man at a bar.

• Oct. 26 – Taco Bell in Waupaca reported a make in a truck was sleeping in the drive-through lane and holding up customers. He appeared to be intoxicated.

• Oct. 26 – A female caller reported the death of a 76-year-old man. He recently had a heart attack and pneumonia.

• Oct. 26 – A female caller reported a white Dodge Ram was trespassing on her property and was recorded on a trail camera.

• Oct. 26 –A Waupaca caller on Songbird Place reported the death of a 55-year-old man.

• Oct. 26 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a youth assaulted a staff member.

• Oct. 26 – A Manawa woman on Baldwin Road reported she and her husband rent a storage shed to a man. The rent was late and the man made threatening statements, including that he was going to get a gun and start shooting.

• Oct. 26 – The Wisconsin Veterans Home reported a resident was missing $20.

• Oct. 26 –A New London man on North Water Street reported that while he was hunting, a male in a dark-colored Chevy truck tried breaking into the caller’s truck.

• Oct. 26 – A Weyauwega man on Reek Road reported a man staggering along the fog line.

• Oct. 26 – A Fremont man on County Trunk H reported two teenagers were riding dirt bikes up and down the road. He called about the same thing the next day.

• Oct. 26 – A Waupaca man on County Trunk E reported many vehicles were parked along the road and it looked like a nearby property was having a party.

• Oct. 26 – A Waupaca caller on Manney Court reported a juvenile was trying to beat her up.

• Oct. 26 –A security guard at the Waupaca Foundry reported a blue Nissan Sentra was parked between two train cars.

• Oct. 27 – A Manawa man on Grove Street requested an ambulance for a 32-year-old diabetic female who was unresponsive and foaming at the mouth.

• Oct. 27 – A Waupaca caller on Berkshire Lane reported he was freezing cold. He denied EMS and law enforcement to visit. The caller then yelled profanities at the dispatcher. The 59-year-old man called back a few minutes later reporting he was having difficulty breathing.

• Oct. 27 – A Manawa woman on Grove Street reported her oldest son and a friend were at her apartment throwing things out because of a flea infestation.

• Oct. 27 – A Weyauwega man on State Highway 110 reported a man in a gold-colored Ford Ranger stole his mail.

• Oct. 27 – A male caller requested an ambulance to County Trunk H for a mid-50s man who collapsed in a yard.

• Oct. 27 – A young female called 911 crying and said she does not feel safe at home and her mother is leaving her.

• Oct. 27 – An anonymous caller reported a woman entered a bar intoxicated and the bar refused to serve her. The woman left in a silver BMW headed toward Waupaca.

• Oct. 27 – A Waupaca woman on Sunset Drive reported a man wearing a Packer jersey was stumbling down the road.

• Oct. 27 – A caller reported a man who said he was going to Minnesota to end his life.

• Oct. 28 – A Clintonville caller on Schweitzer Road reported a woman was burning a brush pile in the ditch.

• Oct. 28 – A Weyauwega woman on Haire Road reported the theft of sheets of tin and plywood. The theft occurred one year ago.

• Oct. 28 – A Suamico caller reported he was scared for his life. He got into an argument with a man who was a violent individual.

• Oct. 28 – The Crisis Hotline reported they had a male on the phone that was making suicidal comments.

• Oct. 28 – The Marion School District reported two cases of vehicles passing school buses with the stop arms deployed and flashing lights.

• Oct. 29 – A New London caller on Huntley Road reported he sold a car to a man in Oshkosh. A prospective buyer showed up at his house and was upset the car was already sold. The man was now harassing the caller.
• Oct. 29 – A juvenile called 911 with comments about self-harm: “I’ve had the thought of killing myself. I’ve thought about how I’d do it.”

• Oct. 30 – The Wisconsin Veterans Home in King reported a resident went into another person’s room and struck the person in the torso.

• Oct. 30 – A Big Falls caller on Chester Street reported neighbor children ride their bikes on her lawn and play ding-dong-dash with her doorbell.

• Oct. 30 – A New London caller on Collier Road reported a suspicious boat near the Sturgeon Trail. It’s ongoing and a man is there twice a week. The caller thought, “The male that gets out [of the boat] is growing something back in there.”

• Oct. 30 – A Waupaca man on Shambeau Trace reported losing $1,500 through a crypto-currency scheme.

• Oct. 30 – A Waupaca caller on Whispering Pines Road reported she paid a contractor in advance and received a contract but the contractor never picked it up. Her check was cashed a month ago.

• Oct. 30 – An Iola woman on Knutson lake Road reported a person was stealing her boyfriend’s Freightliner semi.

• Oct. 30 – A female caller reported a man was standing along the road relieving his bladder.

• Oct. 30 – A New London caller on Paradise Court reported her car alarm went off and suddenly the car alarms of her neighbor’s vehicles suddenly went off.

• Oct. 31 – An Iola man on Fairway Drive reported his garage lights were on and his camper door was open. They were off and closed the night before.

• Oct. 31 – A Waupaca caller on State Street reported a man was lying on the sidewalk near the Mobil station on Royalton Street.

• Oct. 31 – A Waupaca man on Red Pine Court reported finding a loaded 20-gauge Benelli shotgun.

• Oct. 31 – A Big Falls caller on Main Street reported neighbor children sprayed something on his vehicle.

• Oct. 31 – An Iola caller on Roosevelt Road reported someone took out a $1,000 payday loan in his name.

• Oct. 31 – An Iola caller on Knutson Lake Road reported her internet cable was cut.

• Nov. 1 – A Waupaca woman on County Trunk A reported the illegal dumping of multiple bags of garbage and pumpkins. The caller also reported the name and address on a bill found in the garbage.

• Nov.1 – A male caller reported his computer was hacked and he was out $60,000.

• Nov.1 – A Marion man on Kitzman Road reported he was scammed out of $5,000 from his account.

• Nov.1 – An anonymous caller reported an older-looking man was outside and naked from the waist down. He was possibly “touching himself.”

• Nov.1 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile runaway.

• Nov.1 – A Waupaca man on Akron Road reported a neighbor’s dog that barks nonstop. This has been reported before to the sheriff and township. The caller said he would shoot the dog if nothing is done.
• Nov. 2 – An Ogdensburg woman on North Water Drive reported a man was out of control and yelling at her.

• Nov. 2 – An Iola caller on Moon Lake Court Road reported he received a call from a person selling supplemental insurance. He said his caller ID showed the call came from Waupaca City Hall.

• Nov. 2 – A Fremont man on Purri Road reported a brush pile fire in a field and nobody was around keeping an eye on it.

• Nov. 2 – A Clintonville caller on State Highway 156 reported a man was coming to his home to pick up his belongings and the man was known to be violent and to carry a gun or knife.

• Nov. 2 – A Weyauwega caller on East Street reported that a downstairs neighbor screams and yells at him when walking by and that he was going to kill the caller.

• Nov. 2 – An Ogdensburg man on County Trunk OO reported the theft of a Poulan chainsaw.

• Nov. 2 – A Waupaca caller on Meadowlark Lane reported a suspicious blue sedan was parked by her driveway. A woman was inside and when the caller asked her if she needed help, the woman said “none of her business.”

• Nov. 2 – An Ogdensburg caller on Swamp Road reported a sister punched her brother in the face and he was bleeding. No ambulance necessary.

• Nov. 3 – An Ogdensburg caller on County Trunk K reported someone was shooting his cats. Six of his cats have been shot. One was shot the night before.

• Nov. 3 – A Clintonville woman on 14th Street reported a man was unconscious outside on the ground next to a “booze bottle.”

• Nov. 3 – Rawhide Youth Services reported two juvenile runaways.

• There were 34 deer-related calls during this period, including a school bus hitting a deer. Fifteen controlled burns were called in. There were numerous calls about fallen trees in the road and downed power lines during the recent heavy rain. An Ogdensburg man reported an injured eagle struck by a car. Only one cow was reported running loose during this period.
