• March 24 –A New London man on Elm Street reported a vehicle knocked down his gate and sheared off a metal post.
• March 24 – The New London Police Department reported a 911 hang-up call where the caller’s father attacked his mother and the father had a gun. The caller was locked in the bathroom.
• March 24 –An Ogdensburg woman reported she gave out personal information to what appeared to be a scam caller.
• March 24 – An anonymous caller requested a welfare check on two males walking towards the Wisconsin Veterans Home and they were holding each other up. One fell into a snow bank.
• March 24 –A Waupaca man on Stoltenberg Road reported he was scammed out of $12,000 after he gave out personal information.
• March 24 –A Weyauwega woman on Manor Drive reported a suspicious white Chevy Cruze drove up a private driveway three times and drove around slowly. The caller stopped to ask if the driver was okay but he did not speak to her.
• March 25 –A Marion man on Seyler Street reported someone spray painted vulgar language on a snow bank.
• March 25 –A Waupaca man on Stoltenberg Road that called about being defrauded the day before stopped by the sheriff’s office to report he was scammed out of $20,000.
• March 25 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile runaway.
• March 25 – A female caller reported she was repossessing a black Chevy Malibu.
• March 25 – A New London man on County Trunk B reported a gray car drove up his driveway, hit his garage and took off.
• March 26 –A Fremont man on Pines Road reported a suspicious car parked in a cul de sac.
• March 26 –A Fremont man on Oz Lane reported be defrauded out of $800.•
• March 26 –A Manawa man on Fuhs Road reported he ran into a wall and hit his head. He thought he had a concussion. The dispatcher said he wasn’t making sense.
• March 26 –Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile assaulted a staff member.
• March 26 –A Manawa man on Fuhs Road reported his mother told him to call 911 that his father was sexually assaulting him.
• March 27 –A female caller reported she had a video of another woman taking a package off her porch.
• March 27 –A New London man on ferry Street reported an ATV rolled over onto a male.
• March 27 –A man at the Wisconsin Veterans Home reported $24 of bingo coins were missing.
• March 27 –A New London man on Lyons Road reported a suspicious black Dodge car was parked in front of his house.
• March 28 –A female caller reported she had footage of 5-6 people she did not know going into her barn and another outbuilding.
• March 28 –A 911 caller found a woman on the ground. She did not know who she was or her phone number.
• March 28 – A Clintonville man on Yaeger Road reported his wife was missing. She packed everything and left without warning.
• March 28 –Gateway House in Weyauwega reported a resident ran off barefoot and wearing a tank top and pajama bottoms.
• March 28 –A Waupaca man on Harrison Street reported a woman released from a mental health hold was threatening him. He hid all weapons and requested a paramedic to help calm her down.
• March 29 –A Manawa woman on County Trunk N reported someone tried to break into her shed.
• March 29 – A New London man on Huntley Road reported for the past year he has chatted with a woman from North Carolina via an app. Now he was receiving disturbing photos that indicated she might be in danger.
• March 29 –Rawhide Youth Services reported two juvenile runaways.
• March 30 – Numerous calls throughout the day about the ice storm: many trees contacting energized lines and sparking, fallen trees in roadways and many vehicles crashing or in the ditch.
• There were 11 deer-related calls during this period. Eleven controlled burns were called in. ThedaCare Waupaca reported a woman was bitten by her own dog. An Ogdensburg woman was bit by a cat. A Waupaca man reported a husky with a collar, harness and leash jumped into his vehicle. A Weyauwega man was bit by a dog. An Iola man reported pigs were in his yard and one went into his shed. A Hilbert man hit a turkey and it pushed in his windshield.
