Coats for Kids underway

Community program in Waupaca helps all ages

The Waupaca High School Student Council is teaming up with Gunderson Cleaners to sponsor Coats for Kids.

The program collects coats and gives them to people in need.

Donations of new or gently used coats stay local and go to people of all ages.

The collection began on Tuesday, Nov. 1 and runs through Tuesday, Nov. 22.

Community members may drop off donations at Waupaca High School, Waupaca Middle School, Waupaca Learning Center, Chain O’ Lakes Elementary School, Neumann’s Piggly Wiggly and the Waupaca Recreation Center.
